I just finished recording a young rapper named Sean Mula in my studio. He was rapping over a 20's swing jazz tune that he asked me to compose for him. It was a lot of fun, and Sean is quite talented! I look forward to hearing his work in the future.

“The Runner from Ravenshead” has won three awards at the SAIC Film Festival! It won the Audience Choice Award as well as Best Runner-up for Best of Festival and, also, Best Runner-up for Best Feature! Congrats to Little Crew Studios. I also want to thank two guys who keep getting forgotten, my orchestrators, Reuven Herman and Henco Espag. Without them the music for this film would have never been done on time. Thanks guys!

My daughter, Ivy, had her 4th birthday, today, and received her first very own piano. (A little toy one that I can’t wait to sample.) The look on her face was amazing! Watching her excitement over having “a piano like Daddy’s” is something I will never forget.

We had our final session here in Prague and will be leaving in the morning. I have enjoyed Prague. Since my favorite composer as a kid was Dvorak, it was quite a treat to step foot in his homeland. I can't wait to see Kirstie and the kids tomorrow, I have missed them!
